The owners for this 5,600-square-foot residence desired a “ fishing cabin ” in the West. They purchased property with an existing house on a beautiful 10-acre site in Jackson, Wyoming. The land offered privacy, views to the Teton Mountain Range, close proximity to a fishing creek and access to the wildlife habitat that the creek supports.

We designed this Cow Hollow penthouse with the purpose of “seeing rather than being seen.” As part of a larger remodel project, we designed a new, modern penthouse that sits discreetly above an existing 1930s Mediterranean-inspired structure.
Located in the historic Boyd designed Domain Park Flats, this apartment offered near pristine preservation of the 1959 original design. Respecting the original design and by adding contemporary interior elements, Domain apartment offers a timelessly elegant retreat in the middle of Melbourne.
Casa La Roja is a small house, consisting of 87m2 distributed on two floors. Its shape arises from a solid cube and the subtraction of part of its mass, to generate a double height entrance terrace and the roof slopes. The house is located in a mountain area of a sparsely urbanized context that seems rural. It is a low-density area, with plots around 5,000 m2; therefore the houses are isolated, with no visual contact between them.
The buildings of Whidbey Retreat are expressed as industrial objects within the landscape, eschewing the idea of ‘blending’ with the surroundings and, instead, striving for a harmonious composition of elements in the forest – an arrangement encouraged by the adventurous aesthetic of the artist clients.
This modern masterpiece can be found nestled in the trees on 3 acres in San Antonio’s historic neighborhood, Alamo Heights.
