Wutopia Lab has completed Sinan books poetry store with the concept of ‘ Church in church’ , using 45 tons of steel in the historic site of St. Nicholas Church in Shanghai. As the largest professional poetry bookstore in Shanghai, it offers 1000 poetry books in different languages.
The project is a bookstore-themed commercial complex, which offers lifestyle aesthetic experience with multiple business forms via a “culture + commerce” design strategy. The 18m-high and 240m-long artistic book walls in it are striking and pioneering, bringing a brand-new image of urban commercial space to Xi’an and even China.
Located in the commercial hub of Xiamen Island, the project is a flagship store of HEYTEA LAB, China’s leading tea drink brand. Based on characteristics of the open two-storey architectural space, MOC DESIGN OFFICE created bottom-up oblique order within it, which accommodates various possibilities for urban life and socializing.
The project is a furniture showroom, situated on the first floor of a factory building in Shenzhen, China. The building, not designed by architects, is very ordinary and has a low profile, without any special features other than functionality.

As an extension to the Gilded Iguana Hotel in the town of Nosara, The Athletic Center was designed as a small village amongst the trees that creates a public space which integrates locals with visitors with similar interests of pursuing an active lifestyle and wellbeing.

Wulumuqi Lu store began as a singular concept store with two brands housed in the same retail space. The two brands, An Ko Rau and 3ge3 project, are two sides of the same coin: with one design concept, the parent brand ZUCZUG hoped to present the united front of both brands.
