The Rua da Boavista House project had as objective the conversion of the nineteenth century buildings into 10 apartments, keeping the entire structure and construction principles of the old building. Bent Tree Residence by Rene Gracia Design Build

Located in North Dallas, this 6,300 s.f. residence sits overlooking mature trees and a 270-degree view of a golf course.
