Modern seafront single-family villa on 3 floors located in a coastal typical Spanish village in Costa Dorada, in a unique location.
This project concerns of a single-family villa of new construction with an astonishing sea view to the Mediterranean Sea.
This project has been designed and built by White Houses Costa Dorada’s team and combines modern white lines with traditional colors and materials like natural stone, wooden and Calacatta floors in order to give harmony to the straight architectural lines. Molins Interioristes took care of the decoration of the house.
The villa is characterized by the presence of the sea which melts with the combination of glass, stone and wood decking, opening to the unique view.
The 35 meters long facade overlooking the Mediterranean Sea opens completely thanks to large minimal windows, the lounge area and the infinity pool, giving life to continuous spaces and fresh atmosphere.
Interior design is inspired to simplicity, fresh colours and the constant presence of the strong light.
Wide exterior areas with covered and uncovered terraces around the swimming-pool, offer the possibility to breath the sea and enjoy the unique location.
The interior has the elegant and uniform touch of the Calacatta Statuario marble finishing, in big matt slabs, which gives a modern touch gives the interior and exterior continuity as a whole.
The Italian finishing and materials employed find their place in spacious, bright rooms.
The architectural strategy has been studied to achieve this suggestive effect that is shared from all interior angles of the house enriched by the constant presence of a breathtaking sea view.
