Hong Kong, 22 January 2019 – Lim + Lu, the New York-founded multidisciplinary design practice, announces the transformation of a 1,200 square feet vacation-like haven that was previously abandoned for over 15 years in Hong Kong’s Quarry Bay neighborhood.
For this project, we converted a small studio into a three-level penthouse, providing a very modern and efficient living space overlooking a historic district.
One of the compositional axes of the Ahuehuetes Norte Apartment was the consideration of the panoramic views to the exterior that are framed by the abundant vegetation, a main characteristic of the area
In the DoThink · Hangzhou 2022 Sales Center, the designer broke the traditional “Metropolis” concept, injecting new elements into the “Metropolis” style, showing urban fashion and avant-garde style with a simple and bright space atmosphere.
There are 2 bathrooms, studio and a bedroom. Kitchen is mounted in a wall, so there is enough space in a living room. Thanks to that we were able to put a dining table for taking food and cooking.
The RS apartment is a project that matches customer demand: surrounded by a 360º view of the Ipanema beach, it is a minimalist yet cozy and friendly place, where the owner family could go to spend some seasons and to receive their friends in Rio de Janeiro.
Located in the same building as the Park Side residence which we completed four years prior, the original layout of the Park View residence was a mirror image of its predecessor.
In a sky-high condominium overlooking the San Francisco Museum of Modern Art, Bjørn Design’s use of a neutral color palette mixed with blond and dark-gray oaks, creates a relaxed canvas upon which is dabbed the client’s favorite colors – blue and purple.
