Beyond House by Ben Callery Architects

Beyond House / Ben Callery Architects

This is a great result when we consider that they use electricity for their heating and cooling and the house is frequently occupied all day as one of the owners works from home regularly. This is a testament to the original brief and vision and everyday living of our clients and the benefits of carefully selected active technology systems designed in conjunction with passive solar design for natural heating and cooling.

The Farm / Fergus Scott Architects

The Farm presents a series of ancient walls embedded in a spectacular windswept headland. Generous openings work with an operable courtyard to moderate the climate. Out in the elements, and courtesy of a hospitable client, this house brings many people together. It is accessible and relaxed, yet affords privacy and offers constant engagement with its ever changing natural surroundings.

Kazoo House in Melbourne / Architects EAT

Kazoo House is a single-family home designed by Melbourne-based Architects EAT. Albert Mo and Eid Goh established their office in South Yarra, Melbourne in 2000, after graduating from the University of Melbourne, and gaining experience in various firms in Melbourne and Singapore.

Goulburn Valley House / Rob Kennon Architects

Set on the outskirts of a small rural town in northern Victoria, this is a family home raised slightly above the flood plain of a working farm. In a remote dry environment with little protection from trees, the design provides an adaptable building envelope set in the shadows of its own form.
