Llull apartment was open to the public during Barcelona Design Week 2019. The event was presented thanks to the collaboration of prestigious international design companies such as Franke, Bticino, JNF, Hobby Flower, Fusteria Gurdó, Admonter, Delta Light, Ikebe, Silent Gliss, Novy and Cristina.
Brightness, spaciousness and warmth in the spaces were the main premises for this loft project in the Poblenou area of Barcelona. In this loft of 300 m2 and double height, a decoration and organization of the spaces project was carried out.
The Rosic apartment is in one of the many labyrinths like streets from the Born neighbourhood in Barcelona. In these streets strong contrasts exist between the building shadows and the bright sun light.
The Sant Antoni apartment had to provide plenty of storage in order to keep the spaces tidy, be very practical, while contemporary and cozy.
The Rambla Catalunya penthouse formed by two hexagons that connect at right angles and a large outdoor terrace made the distribution project the most complex part.

The house dates from 1930, with a facade of 7m wide and a built depth of 10m. This town house survives the real estate pressure and the transformation of the neighborhood that has been replacing this typology with multi-family buildings of more than 4 floors as those that surround it.
