In the entry hallway we wrapped an existing wall with new wooden fins that are perforated into an oversized pegboard, allowing it to function as storage (seen below on the left).

The private spaces of the Park Slope Duplex apartment are organized along a long wall painted a deep blue-gray. A new bath was added off the master bedroom, with both finished in shades of light blue and gray.
In Brooklyn’s prime Clinton Hill neighborhood, Murdock Solon Architects completely transformed this Landmarked townhouse while maintaining many of its original elements through creative interventions.
Greenwood Heights Rooftop Addition project focused on adding an additional story to a 3 floor townhouse. Zoning regulations meant that the new addition had to be set back 15 feet from the front wall of the house. This space is utilized as an outdoor deck with an exterior fireplace.
The design of 1 Hotel Brooklyn Bridge Park, is a visual praise poem dedicated to Brooklyn’s waterfront. Overlooking Brooklyn Bridge Park, the East River and lower Manhattan, the aesthetic of the hotel draws inspiration from contemporary Brooklyn design culture
This expansion of a three-story townhouse located in Park Slope responds to the row house typology and its typical direction of front to back. Intent on creating volumetric relationships, we decided to design an extension that links the main floor by both horizontally and vertically interlocking the space between the living areas
SABO project recently completed the gut renovation of a Brooklyn loft located in a former die casting factory built in 1913. After a 1980’s residential conversion, all concrete columns and ceilings were concealed.
Located in the heart of the Brooklyn tech triangle, frog’s new workspace is a dynamic environment optimized to support the work of the renowned industrial design firm. The Frog offices includes a range of permeable environments, from open-plan stations, to private team rooms, to public gathering and gallery spaces.
Access to the Oceanside house is provided in two places. A stair leading from the beach lands on a deck that spans the width of the house (and has become a prime party location). The west side of the house abuts a pedestrian pathway.
