The T residence, a detached house located in Merano, consisting of a ground floor and a basement with garage. There were designed two buildings on different levels connected by internal stairs, to better adapt the house to the sloping terrain.
The classic nature of the apartment Salvatori, with its standout features such as the fireplace and original Terrazzo floors, has taken on a new vibrancy as a result of the colour palette chosen by Elisa, in which strong tones in a variety of declinations play off each other.
The Cranes attic is situated in the city centre of Genoa, on the top of a building in the medieval neighbour on the old dock that protects the city for the Middle Age. The apartment has a 40 square meters surface, a small area that hosts a living room with open kitchen, a bedroom and a bathroom.
Studio DiDeA renovated a flat on the topfloor of an apartment building in Palermo, designing the living and dining room, the kitchen and the bedroom.Â
Inside the large lounge, the suspended bench beautifully accompanies the eye from the american walnut bookcase along the windows, becoming functional seating, interrupted by the columns on which electric blue appliques are suspended, giving a touch of typical colour from the 70’s.
A bright two-storey family apartment, open to the view on Villa Ada, green area of Rome. Studio Strato has designed the renovation of the house aiming to make external and internal spaces communicate and to enlarge the living environment as much as possible, projecting it into the green of a historic city park.
The apartment hosts a family of four, eager to inhabit into a contemporary and minimal space. The living area is characterized by the presence of a bespoke double-sided furniture in wood and Cor-ten, partly equipped TV wall, in part storage space serving the dining area. A sliding glass window separates the apartment from the level terrace.Â
A double-height loft, an intervention where works have already started, a young family and their home renovation. This project is focused on reorganizing the open-plan living space, enhancing its verticality and preserving the layout of the rooms – bathrooms excluded.
The house plan harmony is guaranteed by the subdivision of the space into three bands. The most convivial one, facing south, overlooks the fields getting lost in the panorama of the lake. A more technical intermediate band houses the kitchen, the courtesy service and the pantry.
