The Meier and Frank Building is a landmark centered in Portland’s urban core. Acknowledging the cultural importance and nostalgia felt for it was at the forefront of our design approach in transitioning the first five floors into amenity-rich creative office and active retail spaces.
Perched on a steeply sloping lot in the community of Tetherow in Central Oregon, Trailhead House may be the ultimate base for outdoor adventures. The Trailhead House was a collaboration with Craig Miller of Living Places llc, Bozeman, Montana.
At the end of a long, sinuous road elevated high above the city in Portland’s beloved Forest Park, the Royal residence is perched elegantly at the coveted ecotone of forest and city along Royal Boulevard.

The Estacada House project was a complete remodel of a beautiful, but sadly run-down country house on a 250 acre estate. The property, which cascades down from the house, first to a beautiful pool and then to a river and forest, reputedly has the best salmon fishing in the state.
Our client for this project was hesitating as to whether she should move from her seemingly unfixable Pearl District apartment. When she visited another unit we had redesigned in the same building she decided to stay and transform it.
Shifting wine production from Dundee to nearby Newberg provided Argyle Winery with the chance to reinvent its visitor experience and transform what was once wine production facilities into a world-class, 21st-century wine destination.
