A young couple approached interior designer Maya Sheinberger as they were expecting their first baby girl, in hopes of renovating a 110 m2 apartment, located in a quiet neighborhood in Tel Aviv, Israel.
Located in the heart of Tel Aviv, ‘RED’ is a minimalist residence designed by Interior Designer Yael Perry. The designer used red & frosted glass to create reflections & shades of colour in this minimalist 120 sqm renovated apartment.
Planning and interior design of 50 sqm apartment in central Tel Aviv. The owners of the apartment did not want to make any drastic changes in the structure, so apart from the kitchen area, especially the wall that separated the kitchen space from the central space, there were almost no structural changes.
On the 48 th floor, in a tower in central Tel Aviv, a 400 sqm apartment was designed for four people with two separate spaces , for hosting and living with an impressive art collection entwined in them.
The challenge was to change the standard plan of the apartment, which did not fit the needs of the clients and to customize the space to their dreams. We wanted to create a sense of inviting and spacious space to the relatively small entrance area, 55 sqm.
Maya Sheinberger Interior Design Studio recently completed this 120 square meter apartment in the heart of the northern neighborhood of Tel Aviv. The apartment was designed and customized to the requirements of the clients before the beginning of construction.
In the interior planning stage, emphasis was placed on a division in which the sea is present in all spaces of the BC apartment.
