After La Fayette, Coeur de Marais et Colisée and Champs-Élysée, WeWork Avenue de France confirms the strong position of WeWork by opening its new site of over 20,000 m² in the 13th arrondissement of Paris, opposite the Station F.

The agency Axel Schoenert architectes was commissioned for the interior design work for the occupation of the building by the future members of WeWork.
In order to meet the needs of the future occupants, the agency has reorganized, with WeWork, the interior for a modern and innovative layout of the office floors distributed from the R-1 to the ground floor and on the 8 floors while densifying the building.

Members are invited to enter the building through a 500 m² atrium. Before accessing the open spaces, they have the opportunity to put their computers or organize appointments around large wooden tables, or just do networking at the Community Bar.

Two Chambord type staircases of 2 x 3UP each, ranging from the ground floor to the R + 5 for one, and the ground floor to the R + 4 for the other and a third staircase of 3UP from the ground floor to the R + 2 have been added by the works of Axel Schoenert architects. These have increased the number of users to 3,400 people, creating this site one of the largest in Paris.
The trays on all floors, benefit from a coworking work space, private offices and a lounge area, in an environment bathed in light.

The 7th and 8th floors also offer a view of Paris, from the Eiffel Tower to the Montmartre hill and especially the natural light to the users.

At the lunch break or at the end of the day, WeWork members can enjoy a superb 160 m² relaxation area on the 8th floor, giving access to the outdoor terrace with panoramic views of the capital.
