Ekaterina and Anton Korneev designers have made this interior for a pair of newlyweds from Pirogovo, Russia. The 110 square meters apartment has a living room, kitchen, dining room, master bedroom with its own bathroom, laundry room, dressing room and a room for the child yet to be born. The young people wanted an unusual and elegant apartment with an interior design that offers a special character to the house. The clients have exposed all their wishes concerning the apartment and the designers have gathered all the information and made the overall picture. In order to achieve the desired project all the walls were demolished and new ones were raised, considering the apartment manner of partitioning as the owners wanted.
The chromatic background is white, over which were added splashes of color of the decors and supplies that were chosen by the designers and owners. The walls were left intentionally unplastered and all the paint was applied directly on concrete. A large part of the furniture is handmade and purchased from various sources: a vintage mirror found in a flea market, a wardrobe found online on a site with free ads, etc. The kitchen furniture, doors, a table and shelves for storage have been custom-made manufactured. The entire development project of the apartment has lasted for 8 months. Via A&E Design
