The Patio Townhouse is a terraced house with front and rear façades, facing the historic Neve Tzedek’s quiet and narrow streets. The original two story house, built in the 1920 s, was declared a building for preservation in urban renewal and preservation plan of Tel Aviv.
It’s a delicate house, with small blue accents which generates a perfect state of calm. The favourite element from this interior design is the ceiling , with a special trick used to keep the height of the rooms and to enjoy the warmth of diffused lights.
The Campo Alegre apartment is located on a collective housing building from the early 70s and oriented to the east, south and west, enjoying a remarkable sun exposure and a privileged view over the river.
This building with two apartments is located in Costa do Castelo, a street that surrounds the hill and where its buildings hide the view towards the city of Lisbon.
A dark and overly partitioned starting space. We propose a complete redistribution introducing a central block that redefines open but clearly differentiated rooms.
