A wide lot backing onto Ancaster Creek is the site for a intergenerational home for a family and their elderly parents. The house was conceived as two distinct residences, each formed into a linear bar containing the full program of a home.
The Bornova penthouse situated on one of the highest places in İzmir has one of the best views in the city. The concept of the flat is a combination of a city home, office, party area and even a comfy hotel concept at times.
Located east of Gothenburg, the Öjersjö-house is a modest dwelling overlooking the lake Stora Kåsjön. Designed by Swedish Bornstein Lyckefors Architects Villa Öjersjö is a contemporary black wooden house. The dwelling interweaves with the site in a concept where the program is swept under the ”carpet” by lifting the landscape.
The brief was for a primary residence for a couple without children with provision for occasionally used guest accommodation for friends visiting from overseas. The site as presented was a steep slope with magnificent sea and coastal views to the east into which a building platform had already been cut, with its associated timber pile retaining wall.
Buildertrend’s new corporate office repurposes a 110,000 square-foot building by effectively using existing elements of the facility. The planning of open office workspace tears down the barriers between CEOs and employees creating a cohabitating workspace.

An explosion of energy is reflected in the mirror baseboards of the walls, in which 3d animations allow the Brand to interact with the client.
This heavy constraint did not limit the ambition of extending this family home and opening connections with the garden, while balancing the need of protecting the privacy from the overlooking neighbouring properties.
