The project was based on an existing edicule located near one of the lateral boundaries of the site. The initial program contained only one bedroom, a bathroom and a warehouse that totaled 24sqm,
The IF Residence design started from the intention of creating large rooms which comfortably would promote dialogue between the exterior and the interior of the residence, using an architectural language inspired by international style.
The 70 sqm apartment designed for a young couple, consists basically of a unique volume of “Pau Ferro” wood that houses almost all the functional spaces of the apartment
The space includes the living room and delimits the wooden ceiling that runs along the main axis of the RBI apartment.
The Aldeia House was conceived as an attempt to converge into a single house the sometimes antagonistic demands of two people. The couple brought to the design process their concerns and expectations regarding their considerable change, not only a residential one, but also a lifestyle shift.
The 200m2 syshaus house brings a new concept for contemporary living, where efficiency, practicality and sustainability are not only ideal, but also effective practices.
Casa Atrium is located on a rectangular and flat lot, which cuts through the block transversally from one street to the next, in a residential area of São Paulo.
