Those two separate buildings combined into one complex which inspired as a small, spiral, village, in the middle of the beautiful area of Neve Tzedek at the heart of Tel-Aviv.
Immediately after purchasing the apartment, the couple contacted the Tel-Aviv based architecture & design firm Bronstein-Bracha Architecture & Design. Briefing the design team, The designers were asked to incorporate a very ambitious program to their 80 sqm wall partition plan.
This modern urban apartment is 135 m² in size and includes a living room, kitchen, dining area, balcony, 4 rooms, 2 bathrooms, storage room and a small room for the cats.
This vacation apartment, overlooking the beautiful beach and the urban views of Tel Aviv, was built in the late 1990s and hasn’t been renovated since. The owners, a couple with two young children, live in London and come to visit Israel a few times a year.

A contemporary duplex apartment in a new, residential building. The central idea behind the design was the creation of visual link between the floors (15th and 16th), to reinforce the vertical relationships and transform the cross sections of the spaces into more important and significant elements.
