Elystan Place house is located in Chelsea, London, and was recently renovated by GSD Building. This project consisted of a full internal strip out to both floors. Complex steel structures were needed to extend the ground floor in both directions, transforming the existing dark kitchen and dining areas into a light and spacious family entertaining area more aligned to the clients lifestyle.
With a brief to take a lateral apartment and transform it into an amazing home. The design was to be urban but elegant with strong statement furniture, lighting and finishes to showcase our clients’ art collection.

In the vibrant neighborhood of Battersea, London, the industrial warehouse conversion at Ransome’s Dock has turned a storied first-floor space into two luxurious loft-style apartments. Once home to Victoria Beckham’s design studio and steeped in history, the building now stands as a stunning example of how industrial heritage can evolve into modern sophistication.
The client is a musician; he wanted a good sound reduction to avoid disturbing the neighbours’ peace. The entire space was reconfigured to create a kitchen and a stunning lounge area.
