The idea was born from the client’s most basic requests; a reformulation of the apartment that would allow for a more fluid circulation, a more practical and visually clean environment without the need for furniture and decoration.
Calçada House / Ren Ito Arquiteto

Located in REFER’s former railway warehouse, in the city of Peso da Régua, which once opened its doors to the Alto Douro Wine Region, the Aneto restaurant takes Wine as a connecting element for the proposed intervention.
Santarém House by Diamantino Pinho Architect
The Santarém house is located on the perimeter of an allotment, overlooking the countryside. It is organized with service area on the North side, social area in the center, and a bedroom area on the other end, all facing the generous patio with swimming pool.
Pombalino Apartments by Aurora Arquitectos
An apartment used as a leather tannerie workshop for a long time. This use aggressiveness destroyed its character and the features of the pombalino architectonic imaginary were lost.

The contemporary 2-storey dwelling is defined by white chromatic planes, which intersect with glass planes, and with black stone elements on the lower floor, whose black chromatic will contaminate the interior of the house.

The Campo Alegre apartment is located on a collective housing building from the early 70s and oriented to the east, south and west, enjoying a remarkable sun exposure and a privileged view over the river.
