The night area is oriented on the opposite wing of the Mallorca house, where the atmosphere is quieter. Each room was created and designed in accordance with the owners’ premises and equipped with comfortable and ergonomic elements.
The Anaz house lies adjacent to the plane-tree covered path, and can be understood as another pavilion along the way to the palace’s entrance sequence. The Project is located in a rural enclave close to the village of San Vitores, a few kilometres away from the Atlantic Coast, and in the former grounds of the Torreánaz Palace.
The ” House in Güemes ” project includes a refurbishment of an existing building and the creation of new construction to complete the program of this particular house. The existing building is annexed to a larger building and separated from it by a large covered passageway.
In the centre of Madrid, on the corner of Alberto Aguilera and San Bernardo, lies the emblematic building designed by Fernando Higueras that began to take shape in the 1950s, constructed from a single ubiquitous material: concrete.
Can Bordoy Grand House & Garden is a small 24 room hotel with a magnificent garden, swimming pool, spa and panoramic terrace, located in the historic center of Palma de Mallorca.
UPHouse is the tail of a simple operation: the introduction of a space of intimate scale into another space, which, being domestic, is exposed and social. The project indeed adds 50% more area to the apartment by installing a light steel structure and a staircase that allows access to the new upper floor.
This project has been developed, designed and built by White Houses Costa Dorada’s team through a long and creative process in collaboration with the interior designer Susanna Cots, to obtain the perfect combination of modern architecture and comfortable living.
On a well-oriented plot to the south and with an access in the highest level, we had to create a single-family house. According to the strong inclination of the plot, the project embeds all its floors into the natural ground.
