SVOYA STUDIO faced the challenge of smartly arranging space and creating a comfortable, minimalist interior in a 135 m² apartment in Dnipro. The owners of the Levitation apartment prioritized maximizing space for their child’s area, even at the expense of the living room.
Design and Layout
Entrance and Living Area: The entrance room features a large, commodious storage system. The space flows seamlessly into the kitchen, dining area, and living area. Additionally, a joint enclosed balcony serves as a small lounge area with a hanging lounger and greenery.
Guest Bathroom: The guest bathroom is part of the common space but is visually isolated and connected to the entrance room. Thus, it maintains privacy while still being accessible.
Open Transit Areas: To maintain an integral space, all transit areas are open, avoiding corridors. Despite this openness, the design includes an independent laundry room with all necessary technical equipment.
Child’s Room: The spacious room for the two daughters is zoned for play and study areas where the girls can spend time together. Each daughter has an individual compact space for a bedroom and a wardrobe, styled as mini-rooms. These spaces are separated by a partition wall with a wardrobe. Furthermore, for play, there is a “secret tunnel” in the storage system, allowing the girls to visit each other.
Master Bedroom: The master bedroom includes a bathroom and a dressing room. In contrast to the rest of the apartment, it features quiet colors. The graphite-colored panel behind the headboard and the luxurious draping curtains create a calming space for relaxation.
Master Bathroom: The en-suite bathroom is bright and monochromatic. Some furniture and plumbing fixtures are made of Laminam plates. This ensures durability and a sleek look.
Aesthetic and Materials
The Levitation apartment is filled with light and warm natural shades. The combination of stone, wood, and soft, smooth textiles creates a cozy atmosphere. Moreover, sophisticated lighting enhances the visual effect, giving a sense of levitation.

The thoughtful arrangement of spaces, high-quality materials, and cohesive design provide a sense of comfort and tranquility, making it an ideal residential space.
