The Loft Kolasinski , founded by the polish designer Jacek Kolasinski, the author of this charming project of a simple and clean beauty and very fashionable. Located in Berlin this loft involved a complete refurbishment, the realization of a new interior design, inclusively the projection and construction of a part of the furniture. Also it has required restoration activities of some supplies. We find in this loft, specific elements such of the old attics as skylights and sloping walls or supporting structures made of wood. Loft Berlin presents to us an interior centered on contemporary minimalism but which expresses itself more through present retro.
The completely white background is very generous and allows the designers to use various colors within the decors. As usual, wood turns out to be the most appropriate to give warmth to a home and Loft Berlin makes no exception. Looked closely, many of the supplies and decors have fragile and stylish air, rather specific to the 60s. As a matter of fact, we find polish carpets on floors from the 30s and 50s and the exposed ceramic from the 50s-60s. The supplies are made by Marcin Wyszecki, specialized in high quality furniture made from a big variety of wood. Photos by Karolina Bak
