New Cross Lofts consists of 2 bespoke lofts and 2 work studios designed by the team at Chan and Eayrs. The lofts are flooded with natural light, complemented further by the limed natural tones of the panelled interior and white washed walls.
Newtown House was recently renovated by Hindley & Co, an architectural and interior design practice based in Melbourne. This renovation to a mid-century house at the top of a valley in Newtown is all about the sweeping views of the surrounds, and the balance between the old and the new.
The object of a reconstruction is a country/old suburban house near Kyiv (Ukraine). It was totally neglected by former owners. Original building had a lot of small rooms and an attic. In our redesign we removed the walls including a part of a bearing wall, which was replaced with a wooden beam.

Pavonia Avenue Loft was recently completed by Jane Kim Design, a collaborative design firm based in New York City. Located in an 1890 Wells Fargo stable and warehouse in the Hamilton Park historic district, this intervention focused on creating a personal, comfortable home in an unusually tall loft space.
